- Married couples or Civil partners who wish to end their marriage or civil partnership WITHOUT dealing with financial matters.
This service does not deal with children or financial matters. There is an option to deal with financial matters at a later stage by purchasing our “Consent Order only” package.
What is included?
We do all the paperwork for you to end your marriage or Civil Partnership.
We will prepare all court documents, and provide you with guidance and assistance during the whole divorce or dissolution process. We are available to answer any questions you may have.
Cost – £120
How does it work?
Once you have purchased this package, we will ask you to send us a scanned copy of your marriage or civil partnership certificate. Thereafter we will call you to obtain details to prepare your application for divorce or dissolution.
Once we have drafted your Application for Divorce or Dissolution, we will send a draft for your approval.
You will be responsible for signing and submitting the Application to the Court, together with the Court fee.
We will guide and assist you throughout the entire process and prepare all legal forms until you receive the Final Order.
