Once you have purchased this package, we will ask you to supply us with the case number of the Application for Divorce or Dissolution together with the most recent communication you have received from the Court.

We will send you a link to enable you to provide us with details of your respective financial positions.

Upon our receipt of your financial disclosure, we will arrange a 1-hour virtual meeting to discuss details of the financial agreement reached between you. The meeting is entirely guided by your needs and are designed to answer any questions you may have.

Following the virtual meeting, we will draft a Financial Consent Order which you will be responsible for submitting to the Court together with the Court fee.

We will guide and assist you during the entire process and prepare all legal forms for you until you receive the approved Consent Order from the Court.
