In this service we will prepare all the Court documents necessary to end your marriage or Civil Partnership, and a Consent Order which will include your financial agreement.
What is included?
We do all the paperwork for you to end your marriage or Civil Partnership.
We will also prepare a Consent Order and supporting documents to finalise financial matters between you.
We will provide you with complete guidance and assistance during the whole process and be available to answer any questions you may have.

How does it work?
Once you have purchased this package, we will ask you to send us a scanned copy of your marriage or civil partnership certificate. Thereafter we will call you to obtain details to prepare your application for divorce or dissolution.
Once we have drafted your Application for Divorce or Dissolution, we will send a draft for your approval.
You will be responsible for signing and submitting the Application to the Court, together with the Court fee.
Once the Application for Divorce or Dissolution has been issued by the Court and assigned a case number, we will send you a link to complete a questionnaire which contains details of your respective financial positions.
Upon our receipt of the completed questionnaires, we will arrange a 1-hour virtual meeting to discuss details of the financial agreement reached between you.
Following the meeting, we will draft a Financial Consent Order which you will be responsible for submitting to the Court together with the Court fee and supporting documents which we will prepare.
We will guide and assist you during the entire process and prepare all legal forms for you until you receive the Final Order and approved Consent Order from the Court.
All meetings are entirely guided by your needs and designed to answer any specific questions you may have.
