My spouse is an alcoholic. Can I divorce them for this behaviour?

It is no longer necessary to prove fault or any specific reason if you wish to divorce. As long as you have been married for 12 months or more, and believe the marriage has irretrievably broken down – you can start  divorce proceedings.
