How to deal with a litigation bully

Litigation bullies love to obstruct and cause delays in divorce and family law cases. From the end of April 2024, parties to money and children case must make SERIOUS efforts to resolve their differences out of court. The solution – Keep inviting the litigation bully in writing to attend non-court dispute resolution. Failure by the bully to attend, agree or engage could result in cost orders being made against them.
