Am I entitled to know what my ex's partner earns?

It depends! If they are not living together or the relationship is new, then probably not. If they are living together, you would have a better entitlement to know as your ex’s housing needs would be shared. You could therefore request details of the partner’s income, assets, outgoings and debts.
