What are signs of micro cheating?

Micro cheating is where a person  behaves inappropriately outside of their relationship.

Examples include:

Presenting yourself as single.

Meeting up with people without your spouse or partner knowing.

Secretly messaging someone.

Flirtatious messages.

Having secret friendships.

Maintaining contact with your ex.

Complaining about your spouse or partner to other people.

Asking for nude or semi-nude photos from others.

Sending nude or semi-nude photos of yourself to other people.

Making an effort to look good for somebody else.
