What is no fault divorce?
No fault divorce is a legal process that allows couples to get divorced without one person having to prove that the other did something wrong, or is at fault. Instead, they simply state that the marriage has irretrievably broken down. No fault divorce aims to simplify the divorce process, and make it less acrimonious, and promote a more amicable and constructive end of relationship.
