Is behaviour still a ground for divorce?

Under the no-fault divorce system behaviour is no longer required as a ground for divorce.

An individual or a couple jointly, can file for divorce on the basis of the irretrievable breakdown of the marriage without citing any specific reasons or assigning blame. 

Behaviour that occurred in the marriage may however be the cause for the breakdown of the marriage.
