How to deal with child alienation.

Be aware of the signs. This could include changes in your child’s behaviour, or your child suddenly withdrawing from you.

Document everything by keeping a detailed diary of the dates and reasons for not being able to see your child, communications with the other parent, and keep a log of any concerning behaviours by your child.

Be consistent and continue reaching out and attempting contact to your child, even if rejected.

Focus on the child and do not react with anger or try to defend yourself. Instead, respond calmly with patience.

In cases where a parent is not complying with a court order, seek immediate legal advice and legal enforcement.

Get professional help from therapists, or counsellors who have experience in dealing with parental alienation. They can provide strategies for addressing the issue.
